Look no further, once you have given your "wish list" to Sarah, she will look for your "ideal" house for you. The aim is to narrow down your search, organise viewings and help you with the purchase of your home. Even if you are looking further afield, from Brittany and beyond; whether you are after a renovation project or chateau, Sarah will find you your dream home. Sales Co-ordinator Alternatively, you may have found your dream property in France privately, via a Notaire or a French Immobilier and you may need someone to ensure that you and the owner of the property have a clear understanding of the price, what is being included etc. especially if they don’t speak any English! Whether you are a buyer or a vendor, Sarah can talk you through each stage of your purchase, including the paperwork you will be required to produce, package the information for the Notaire, and discuss dates and any special clauses that need to be put into the Compromis de Vente. Sarah will then liaise with the Notaire throughout your sale and give you clear, regular and reliable updates as to the progress. Fees:
Property search fees are on a retainer basis charged in GBP at £500 per month (minimum of 3 months) and then Sales Co-ordinator fees apply. Sales Co-ordinator fees: Fees – 1% of the purchase price (subject to a minimum fee of £1,500.00 or €1,800.00) Terms & Conditions apply
